We accept returns on all our products unless otherwise stated on the product detail page.
You will receive Rana Phulkari credits for the full value of a canceled order that have already been paid for or if a product is returned. Eligible items should reach us within 10 days from the date you originally received it.
Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged with their original packaging (labels, hang tags on clothing, shoeboxes, plastic wrap) intact.
If any promotional discount was applied at the time of purchase, you will be credited for the actual amount of the purchase.
If the return is due to an item being delivered damaged or an incorrect item being shipped, we will replace the item if it remains in stock. If the item is no longer in stock, you will be credited for the original shipping charges you paid at the time the order was placed.

The credit process will be initiated once we have received the item or items in our warehouse, and completed our quality check. Credits are typically processed in less than 10 business days.
To initiate a return, please call our Customer Care team and give them the exact product details and explain the reason for return. You’ll then have to ship the item to our warehouse with a copy of the invoice. After we receive the item and perform a quality check, we will add the credits to your account or if necessary, get in touch with you with other possible options.
